Job description

Tenera is a simulation platform used by product and research teams at enterprise companies to predict how real users will react before shipping. The product surface is dense, data-rich, and high-stakes. Our design philosophy is extremely minimalistic: every element earns its place or gets cut.

We hold an exceptionally high bar for design. As our Product Designer you will own the entire design surface, from the enterprise product to the marketing site. You will make complex behavioral simulation feel effortless, build trust through clarity, and define a brand language that signals rigor and restraint in equal measure.

We are looking for someone who has shipped enterprise-grade product design, understands the constraints of data-heavy workflows, and knows that great design is not decoration. It is the reason a buyer trusts the platform enough to make a decision.

02 What You'll Do
  • Own product design end to end. Concept, interaction design, prototyping, implementation review. Nothing ships without your sign-off on craft.
  • Uphold an extremely high bar. Every screen, every state, every micro-interaction. If it does not feel right, it does not go out.
  • Design for enterprise buyers. Build interfaces that earn trust with VP-level stakeholders. Clean data visualization, clear hierarchy, zero visual noise.
  • Make complexity disappear. Behavioral simulation is inherently complex. Your job is to make the interface feel like it is not even there.
  • Define and scale the design system. Build a coherent visual language that stays minimal as the product surface grows.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering. Ship pixels, not decks. Review every implementation and sweat the details that separate good from great.
  • Shape the brand. Marketing site, product, pitch materials. Everything a user or buyer sees, you own.
03 What We're Looking For
  • A portfolio that stops you in your tracks. Minimalism with intent: less is more, but nothing essential is missing.
  • Experience designing enterprise-ready products. You understand what it takes to win trust with sophisticated buyers.
  • 3+ years of product design at a B2B SaaS, developer tools, or data platform company.
  • Deep comfort with data-heavy interfaces. Dashboards, tables, charts, complex flows. You make them feel intuitive, not overwhelming.
  • Strong prototyping skills. Figma is expected; code prototyping is a strong plus.
  • Systems thinking. You design components and patterns, not just screens.
  • Uncompromising taste. You know what great looks like and you refuse to ship anything less.
