Job summary

Sledge is building the AI Office for Builders, delivering an intuitive product for construction companies. We’re seeking a Product Designer to shape the UX of a SaaS platform used daily by our customers.

You'll own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, build wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma, run user research, and help maintain a cohesive design system while collaborating closely with engineers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience at a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design.
• Experience designing for B2B products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
