Job summary

OnePay, the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans, is hiring a Product Designer to shape the customer journeys that help people manage their money.

You’ll work across product areas, partner with PMs and engineers, and bring ideas from discovery through delivery, in a small, fast-moving team where ownership is shared.

You’ll design end-to-end experiences, contribute to critiques, evolve the design system with the Core Design team, and ship regularly in a remote-friendly US environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing for digital products, mobile-first.
• Portfolio demonstrating clarity of thought and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Figma and comfort with design systems.
• Strong communication and ability to explain reasoning and trade-offs.
• Curiosity about product economics and business outcomes.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.

The Role

As a Product Designer at OnePay, you7ll design the customer journeys that shape how people manage their money — turning complex financial tasks into simple, human experiences. You7ll work across product areas, partner closely with PMs and engineers, and bring ideas from early exploration through delivery. You7ll be part of a small, experienced team where ownership is shared and feedback is part of the rhythm. You will:

• Design and ship end-to-end experiences across OnePay7s product surfaces
  

• Translate goals and requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces
  

• Work closely with product, engineering, and brand partners to bring ideas to life
  

• Use and evolve our design system in collaboration with the Core Design team
  

• Contribute to critiques and reviews that raise the bar for quality and clarity
  

• Move with intent, learn fast, refine often, and ship regularly

You Bring

• 4+ years designing for digital products, ideally mobile-first
  

• A portfolio that shows clarity of thought, solid interaction design, and attention to detail
  

• Fluency in Figma and comfort working within established design systems
  

• Strong communication skills; you can explain reasoning and trade-offs clearly
  

• Curiosity about how products work and how design drives business outcomes
  

• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and see work through
  

• Comfortable using AI to augment and accelerate the design process, with a curiosity to experiment, learn, and grow
