We're on the lookout for a creative, curious, and collaborative Product Designer to join our Experience Design team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and human impact — shaping meaningful digital experiences that elevate both the brand and our customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Bring design solutions to life through journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual systems
• Use research and customer insights to guide design decisions and advocate for human-centered solutions
• Align user needs with business goals by understanding product strategies and identifying value-driving opportunities
• Communicate clearly with partners and present ideas with confidence, evidence, and empathy
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to explore and iterate on ideas
• Use tools like Figma and design systems to work efficiently and contribute to our evolving design practices

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in product/UX design
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking, visual execution, and collaboration process

Preferred:

• Experience using and contributing to design systems
• Background in working on complex, regulated, or data-rich products
• Experience partnering with tech and product teams in agile environments
