Everforth is hiring a Product Designer in Venice, CA (onsite) to shape product experiences from early concept through delivery. The role blends UI/UX craft with hands-on experience working on AI-driven features, with space to experiment, validate ideas, and improve usability through real user feedback.

As you build, iterate, and communicate design decisions, you will partner closely with product and engineering to turn user insights into practical solutions, while contributing to a design system

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design experience across full product lifecycles.
• Strong skills in Product Design, UI/UX with AI-powered features.
• Portfolio shows user-centered design across interaction design, visual design, and prototype work.
• Experience creating prototypes and running usability tests to validate hypotheses.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, and research.
• Understanding of design systems, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions and trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for features and flows, including discovery, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate goals into prioritized roadmaps.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces across platforms.
• Incorporate AI capabilities into product experiences and define interaction models.
• Build rapid prototypes and run experiments to validate concepts with users.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and documentation.
• Advocate for users through research, usability testing, and quantitative analysis.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders and maintain design integrity.

As you build, iterate, and communicate design decisions, you will partner closely with product and engineering to turn user insights into practical solutions, while contributing to a design system that supports consistency and faster execution.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end product design for features and flows, covering discovery and user research through wireframes, visual design, and prototypes.
• Work with product managers and engineers to translate product goals and user insights into clear solutions and prioritized roadmaps.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent across platforms.
• Bring AI capabilities into product experiences by identifying opportunities, defining interaction models, and designing guardrails for reliable, predictable behavior.
• Build rapid prototypes and run experiments to validate concepts and gather input from users and stakeholders.
• Help contribute to and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and documentation to support consistency and accelerate delivery.
• Advocate for users through research, usability testing, and quantitative analysis, then iterate based on results and performance metrics.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and maintain design integrity throughout iteration.

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional product design experience with demonstrable work across complete product lifecycles.
• Strong skills in Product Design, UI/UX, plus practical experience designing AI-powered features or workflows.
• A portfolio showing user-centered design across interaction design, visual design, and prototype work.
• Experience creating prototypes and running usability tests to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.

Nice to have
