Job summary

Midjourney Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to help build experiences across Midjourney projects. You’ll work with design and engineering to ship product launches, feature pages, marketing moments, and entirely new experiences.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll refine typography and layout as you ship. If you love making beautiful, usable interfaces, this could be your next role. Hybrid in San Francisco or New York, with a compensation range of $172,572–$195,220 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience designing and building for the web.
• Capable across the full design process from concept through final production.
• Instinct for details that make interfaces feel considered: type, spacing, motion, and how they work together.
• Know enough HTML and CSS to work effectively with engineers—or to build parts of the experience yourself.
• Familiar with Claude Code and Cursor workflows.

About the role

Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help build out experiences across Midjourney projects.

You’ll work closely with design and engineering to design and ship everything from product launches and feature pages to marketing moments and entirely new experiences.

This is a hands‑on role. We expect you to be as comfortable refining typography and layout as you are shipping a page. If your favorite part of the job is making beautiful things that people actually use, keep reading.

• You’re comfortable using tools like Claude Code and Cursor as part of your workflow.

• You’d rather prototype than make a presentation.
