Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of design project experience.
• Experience collaborating with sewing machine operators in live production.
• Understanding sewing steps and ability to create tech-packs.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in product design and development principles.
• Proficiency in Accumark software.
• Knowledge of textiles including lightweight, stretch, nylon, cordura, and aramid fibers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
