Qualifications

• Experience leading product design teams, preferably in B2B environments.
• Ability to articulate design strategy to C-level executives and cross-functional partners.
• Proven track record mentoring and growing design talent.

Responsibilities

• Scale and level-up a team of product designers; collaborate with design leaders, HR, and cross-functional partners.
• Identify strategic UX opportunities and drive them with product and engineering peers.
• Lead user research with product leads and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Measure design impact on business performance and guide critical strategic directions.
• Establish design processes and best practices to increase impact and efficiency.
