We're seeking an experienced Product Design Lead designing complex tools and platforms. You champion the user’s voice and are confident in mapping and optimizing end-to-end journeys through a complex ecosystem of products. You value user research and have a tool kit of research methods and techniques to uncover insights and test design concepts/prototypes. This project will involve a high level of client stakeholder interaction, so clear communication skills are critical.
You’ll be acting as a discipline lead within the project, working alongside a collaborative and talented team to design out a new platform across native and mobile platforms.

This role is based in our Brooklyn studio at 20 Jay Street. We have a hybrid policy: you're required to be in the studio on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and you can choose between studio or remote work for the rest of the week. Able to travel, from time to time.
Why we’re excited about you
The base salary range for this full-time role is between $145,000 to $175,000. Actual salary amount within this range will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skillset, market knowledge, and salaries of current employees in similar roles. We benchmark our salaries regularly against competitive market data so these ranges will be subject to change.
Full-time employees also qualify for ustwo's Profit Share Scheme, in which the studio group shares up to one-third of operating profits with all employees, subject to hitting certain safety thresholds and targets.
