Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking interns to assist with product design concepts, CAD modeling, and prototype development. You will participate in customer research, usability evaluations, and design reviews, collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing and Marketing to advance development projects.

You will create and maintain design documentation, presentations, and technical drawings, while helping identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $24 - $27.

PROFIT SHARING

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
