Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of engineering experience with design-focused responsibilities.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute the Product Design and Development (PDD) process to meet specifications.
• Contribute to product design meetings with CAD models and drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to production.
• Perform design-for-manufacture assessments ensuring lean manufacturing, cost, and performance targets.
• Develop concepts to meet cost objectives and coordinate with vendors for components.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field
