Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Product Design Engineer to drive mechanical architectures, specs, and comfort in wearable products. You will lead concept through prototype development, CAD, FEA analysis, detailed design, DOE development, and user testing in collaboration with offices, labs, and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
Experience in ergonomics, biomechanics, or human factors.
Experience leading technical project groups in a professional environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication for multi-disciplinary teams.
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
Creative problem solving with failure analysis and DOE experience.
