What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to research and development projects that drive product innovation.
• Design and improve products with a focus on quality, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, operations, and suppliers to bring ideas to life.
• Manage projects, mentor team members, and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.

What You Bring
