Job Description: Part-Time Product Sampler

This part-time associate role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam's Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. Experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, product demonstration, brand ambassadorship, or brand advocacy is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

1. Engage customers and communicate key points about products.
2. Ensure compliance with food safety requirements while preparing samples (cooking, processing, plating, serving).
3. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals for the products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for alcohol and production roles).
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on work days.
• Ability to safely operate appliances such as microwave, toaster oven, hot plate.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.

Work environment includes moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery warehouse. Some exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals may occur.
