This part-time role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new items and brands through tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. Prior experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, or brand advocacy is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging customers to communicate key product points.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards during sample preparation (cooking, processing, plating, serving).
• Collaborating with the team to meet sales goals for the products.

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years old (18+ for alcohol and production roles).
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; weekday and holiday shifts available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on work days.
• Ability to safely operate appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate).
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
• Open to applicants without a high school or college degree, those with no experience, returning workers, and military personnel. Training is provided.

Work Environment:

Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery environment. Some exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
