This part-time associate role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam's Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new items and brands through tastings, sampling, or demonstrations. Previous experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stock handling, or as a brand ambassador is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and communicate key points about products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards while preparing samples (cooking, processing, plating, serving).
• Work with the team to meet sales goals for the products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for alcohol and production roles).
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; weekday and holiday work available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on work days.
• Ability to safely use appliances like microwave, toaster oven, hot plate.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
• No high school or college degree required; training provided.

Work Environment

Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery environment. Exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
