This part-time associate samples products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. Customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, or brand ambassador experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to communicate key points about products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements while preparing samples (cooking, processing, plating, serving).
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals for the products.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age (18+ for alcohol and production roles).
• Weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; holidays and weekday work available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked.
• Ability to safely use appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate).
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
• Applicants without a high school or college degree, with no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience are welcome. We provide comprehensive online and/or on-the-job training.

Work Environment

Moderate to high noise levels in a retail grocery warehouse environment. Some exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
