Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, train and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training, and customer service to drive sales and brand presence across multiple New Jersey locations, including new store openings.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail, hospitality, or food environments, with strong leadership and communication skills. A set Tue-Sat schedule and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings.
