As a Product Delivery Manager in the Wholesale Lending Services group, you will help lead and contribute to supporting multiple lending applications utilized in the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Securitized Products Group (SPG) Mortgage Finance lending business. You will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing success and strategic direction, development, and management of the CIB SPG platform, including the SPG Client Portal, Vulcan, and Absolute Lending applications, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the CIB SPG lending businesses. You will also be expected to be a visionary leader with an understanding of commercial lending processes, technology, and market trends.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the CIB SPG Mortgage Finance platform, aligning with the firm's lending objectives and growth strategies.
2. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements, ensuring value delivery to clients and stakeholders.
3. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, engineers, front office, and middle office teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful product outcomes.
5. Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to maintain platform competitiveness and compliance.
6. Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring controls and governance.
7. Establish and monitor KPIs to assess product performance, user satisfaction, and business impact, driving continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, commercial lending, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and managing software development projects.
• Experience with q-Test or comparable tools for managing UAT and regression testing activities.
• Proven ability to lead requirement sessions with cross-functional teams and document business requirements for technology development.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into product plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Mortgage warehouse lending experience is a plus.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Understanding of commercial lending processes and technology, especially mortgage warehouse lending applications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
