Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in a product development environment.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAF3 Scrum Master (SSM) preferred; PMP or equivalent delivery certification preferred.
• Formal Agile training strongly preferred; knowledge of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies.

• Organizes and facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and refinements.
• Collaborates with Product Managers to manage the technical/backlog; ensures items are well-defined and ready for work.
• Tracks progress of backlog items and ensures timely resolution of support issues.
• Provides deployment process support and addresses customer feedback in collaboration with the support team.
• Identifies and removes obstacles hindering progress and fosters self-organization and continuous improvement.

This role involves facilitating Scrum events, supporting team members, removing impediments, managing the technical/support backlog, planning sprints and releases, and providing post‑launch support. The Product Delivery Manager fosters an environment of continuous improvement to ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet quality expectations, and comply with organizational policies and controls.Responsibilities:Organizes and facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and refinements. Ensures Scrum events are productive and kept within the timebox.Collaborates with Product Manager(s) to manage the technical/support backlog. Ensures backlog items are well-defined and ready for the project team to work on. Tracks and reports on the progress of backlog items and ensures timely resolution of support issues.Provides support for product-related issues and ensures timely resolution. Partners with the support team to address customer concerns and feedback. Implement best practices for product support and continuous improvement. Supports third-party apps as needed. Provides deployment process support.Identifies and removes obstacles hindering the project team’s progress. Ensures the team has necessary resources and support to complete work.Provides insights on Agile principles and practices with the project team.
