Job summary

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank in Hyannis, MA seeks a Product Delivery Coordinator to align product delivery initiatives with lifecycle management while supporting governance and operational standards. You will work with the Director of Product Delivery to coordinate banking product implementations, vendor initiatives, and strategic projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate assigned product and service implementations, enhancements, operational initiatives, and projects from planning through implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, implementation checklists, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate project meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Monitor project progress and elevate risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Support product lifecycle activities including launches, enhancements, upgrades, and retirements.
  • Coordinate vendor implementation activities, onboarding documentation, due diligence, recurring meetings, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain executive presentations, committee materials, dashboards, and departmental reporting.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot activities, implementation readiness, training logistics, and post-production validation.
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support change management and communication activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Three to five years of banking, project coordination, product administration, business analysis, or operations experience
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and reports
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management methodology experience preferred
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners
