Job summary

G2 Crowd, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to partner with product leadership and drive data-informed decisions across our buyer experience and reviews platform. You’ll build data products, enable self-service analytics, and shape strategy with a data-driven mindset.

You’ll work with Looker, Snowflake, Python, and R in a modern stack, own key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes while advancing our product data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product analytics; ownership of core product metrics end-to-end.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one BI tool.
• Experience with Python and/or R for analysis.
• Familiarity with AI workflows, LLM tooling, or agentic data products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and collaborative; able to own projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data products that generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Develop and deploy AI agents and MCP-powered tooling to enable self-service data access.
• Own and contribute to OKRs through data-led initiatives with Product Leadership.
• Improve data quality, documentation, and governance to ensure trusted AI-ready data.
• Lead exploratory analyses and synthesize data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Build and maintain BI infrastructure in Looker and Amplitude for dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with product teams to surface insights and shape strategy through data.
