Job summary

Hipcamp Inc. is seeking a Product Data Scientist to join our Analytics team to provide data-driven insights that guide product strategy and growth.

You'll embed on the Host Camp cross-functional crew, partner with Product and Ops, design experiments, and build AI-powered analytics pipelines that empower the company to act on insights quickly.

You’ll own analytical work end-to-end, from hypothesis through implementation, balancing independence with collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product, growth, or marketing analytics or data science.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Solid statistics knowledge; design and interpret experiments.
• ML literacy to interpret models and incorporate into analyses.
• Strong storytelling and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Ops to shape strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Co-design experiments and pressure-test conclusions using model outputs.
• Keep KPIs visible and accessible for the team.
• Build AI-powered analytics workflows and self-serve tools with Data Eng.
• Translate analysis into actionable decisions that move the team.
