Analytica is seeking a Data Scientist to lead the design and implementation of advanced statistical and AI/ML solutions supporting product safety analytics initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, CS, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years building predictive models (regression, classification, NLP).
• 3+ years Python experience (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• 3+ years cloud experience (Azure).
• 2+ years SQL experience.
• Strong data visualization with Power BI or equivalent.
• Ability to explain complex analytics clearly.
• Experience with Agile teams and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of advanced statistical and AI/ML solutions for product safety analytics.
• Evaluate model performance and ensure accuracy, reliability, and fairness.
• Apply semantic analysis techniques to extract actionable insights and support data storytelling.
• Develop, validate, and maintain AI/ML models (similarity, supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, classification, regression).
• Optimize data science workflows for scalability and cloud environments (Azure).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions.
