Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Product Support Specialist to maintain product data, manage purchase orders, and process vendor invoices. You will collaborate with Accounts Payable, Receiving, QC, MDM, and Planning to ensure timely product flow and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in admin/purchasing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role based in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, purchasing, supply chain, data entry, or related operations.
• Experience with ERP systems; AS400 experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; strong data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain stock purchase orders within AS400.
• Monitor procurement lifecycle and confirm order status with suppliers.
• Review supplier order confirmations for PO accuracy.
• Match supplier invoices to receiving documents and prepare vouchers for AP.
• Maintain product, supplier, and pricing data in systems; support data integrity.
