Simbe Robotics in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Senior Product Data Management Analyst to own PLM data, administer Arena PLM, and drive change orders between Engineering, Operations, and suppliers for the Tally robotic ecosystem.
You will manage Item Master, BOM Master, and Approved Vendor List, enforcing data integrity and robust documentation across hardware programs as the company scales globally.
San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid — Burlingame office 2-3x/week required)
Must currently reside locally; this is not a remote-eligible role.
Summary
The Senior Product Data Management Analyst is a critical touch point between Engineering, Operations, and Suppliers for Simbe's robotic products, including the Tally autonomous shelf-scanning robot and its associated hardware ecosystem. This role owns the administration of Simbe's PLM tool and data, authors and drives change orders through approval, and enforces the documentation standards and processes that keep Simbe's hardware programs traceable and audit-ready as the company scales globally.

The salary offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
