Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Product Data Governance Lead to build the foundation for a trusted Digital Thread by transforming product data into a strategic enterprise asset that enables faster decisions and scalable capabilities across the product lifecycle.

You will partner across Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT, lead governance programs, drive adoption, and report to the PLM Manager in a hybrid Rockwell office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and US work authorization.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, product development, operations, or related transformation roles.
• Experience with PLM, Windchill, SAP, ERP, MBOM, product lifecycle data, and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise product data governance strategy, standards, ownership models, and performance management.
• Drive organizational change initiatives to improve adoption, accountability, and process maturity.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and leaders to establish governance and business ownership models.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, product management, supply chain, operations, IT, and data management to drive decisions.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce defects and risk.
• Establish data quality KPIs, dashboards, governance routines, and executive reporting.
• Support Windchill adoption, MBOM expansion, ERP readiness, and Digital Thread transformation.
