Job summary

Insight Global in San Jose is seeking a Data Scientist to turn rich product data into actionable insights that power smarter decisions across our Integrated Experiences platform. You will partner with Product and cross-functional teams to define metrics strategy, analytical frameworks, and deep dives that drive product priorities.

You’ll work hands-on with large datasets, build dashboards in Tableau or Looker, and apply analytics techniques such as cohort analyses and A/B tests to quantify

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of analytics or data science; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• A solid analytical foundation, with experience in analytics, data science or BI.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL & BI tools Tableau or Looker.
• Hands-on experience with DBT for building production-grade analytical models, tests, documentation & Git workflows.
• Experience applying analytical techniques (descriptive analytics, cohort analysis, A/B testing) to answer product questions and drive decisions.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills to translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses.
• Collaborative, growth-minded approach with a bias toward learning and iteration.
