The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Area Manager, you will research, pick, locate, and prepare products for Commerce platforms. Product presentation skills are necessary as this position is important to the selling strategy and presentation of our products. You will often be one of the last people to handle products before they go live on TV. This position is onsite at our Studio Park location in West Chester, PA.

Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret Show Programming Schedule, Broadcast PALs/Flow Sheets, and other demand sources to determine product needs for Commerce teams.
2. Research color and size availability, physically obtain products, and ensure they are in optimal condition.
3. Place orders for new samples, coordinate deliveries, and manage last-minute product additions.
4. Identify show items, coordinate receiving and prepping products, and manage product locations.
5. Research missing products, contact relevant teams, and ensure all products are ready for the show.
6. Assemble, clean, and prepare products for presentation, including testing electronics and ensuring quality standards.
7. Post-show, inspect returned items, investigate missing units, and manage storage and inventory updates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse or retail experience operating power equipment and using inventory management systems.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as Work Savers, Reach Trucks, and Order Pickers is helpful.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more with assistance.
• Operate warehouse and office equipment.
• Maintain regular attendance and stand for the shift duration.

Additional Details

Shift options: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm or other specified shifts.

Location: West Chester, PA. Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
