Experienced automotive learning, content and systems professional with a strong background in training delivery, content localisation, retailer coaching, systems implementation and aftersales performance support.

An experienced product, content and learning professional with a substantial background across automotive aftersales, training, systems implementation and customer service.

The candidate has worked with retailer networks and operational teams to create and adapt training content, deliver coaching, support systems adoption and improve consistency against brand and business standards. Their experience combines practical learning delivery with strong technical and systems knowledge.

They are particularly effective at translating operational requirements into usable training materials, working with subject-matter experts, supporting end users and managing multiple projects against tight deadlines.

7-10 Years Relevant experience across training delivery, content localisation, systems implementation and retailer development.

Content Localisation Adapts training materials for audience relevance, compliance, brand consistency and learning objectives.

Retailer Coaching Provides structured one-to-one support, objectives, reporting and ongoing guidance to customer-facing teams.
