Avery Dennison is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist for Reflective and DIS products to support operations, customer support, sales, and marketing with compliance information and governance of related processes.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to track regulatory changes, respond to inquiries, and maintain safety data sheets, while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to corporate compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance is preferred.
• Knowledge of GHS and SDS hazard classifications.
• Experience handling highly confidential matters.
• Proficient with Google and product integrity management software.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to leverage compliance in Reflective and DIS products.
• Track new product compliance and safety developments.
• Respond to customer inquiries about product compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain current compliance data.
• Maintain a database of compliance and safety information for Reflective and DIS products.
• Build/update material safety data sheets as needed.
• Support new product development teams with compliance mentorship.
