Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Product Compliance & Testing Specialist to lead testing, approvals, and performance documentation for both new and existing products. This role ensures claims are supported by evidence and coordinates ongoing certification activities across departments and external partners.

You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to support launches, maintain approvals, and ensure technical accuracy in product information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related technical field.
• Ability to interpret technical test reports, specifications, standards, and product requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple testing and approval activities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product testing for new products, product changes, and ongoing product requirements.
• Develop and maintain product testing priorities and roadmaps.
• Coordinate maintenance and renewal of applicable product approvals and certifications.
• Maintain visibility to testing, certification, and approval status across the product portfolio.
• Coordinate applicable code and compliance documentation.
• Maintain and organize technical product performance documentation.
• Support development and maintenance of product specifications.
• Validate that technical product claims are appropriately substantiated.
• Review product literature and marketing content for technical accuracy.
• Support new product launches by identifying testing, approval, certification, and documentation requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to identify testing needs resulting from product changes.
• Serve as a product‑management resource for questions involving product performance documentation, approvals, and certifications.
