Position Purpose: Responsible for development and production of Medicare regulatory required materials to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and alignment with administrative policies. Position supports CNC Medicare Solutions portfolio nationwide with pre-sale and member enrollment materials.

  • Works within materials automation platform to generate, update and review materials. Performs audits of benefits, language and content to ensure accuracy and consistency with CMS filed benefits, models and templates.
  • Supports Senior Specialists and Managers with implementation of approved language updates and audit of such changes in Medicare materials.
  • Develops errata documents and ad hoc member communications when necessary.
  • Participates in cross-functional committees to promote understanding of development activities, assist in review activities, and ensure compliance with a standard format for master templates used in material development.
  • Ability to support and act as a project lead in all aspects of Medicare member material development and compliance requirements. Also participates in ad hoc auditing and change initiatives and testing when assigned.
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Ensure that all business processes that support Document Production functions are completed with a high degree of accuracy and within the timeframes established by departmental standards.
  • Ensure Medicare Product organization is run in accordance with all State and Federal regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance by regularly monitoring activities to assess compliance. Implement approved corrective actions to remove deficiencies on time, as required by an internal or exterior auditor, regulator or government purchaser, and monitor to ensure no repeat deficiencies.
  • Supports maintenance and development of department product communication policies & procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience will be considered. 4+ years experience in marketing, communications, or related field. Travel: less than 20%Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
