Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Product Communications Manager to oversee product communications, language governance, and partner engagement. You will coordinate reviews with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.

The role is based in a hybrid setup across Houston, TX and Woodland Hills, CA, with a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 per year and a discretionary bonus opportunity. Proven collaboration across business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, product management, content governance, or related function.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex product concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage product communications and PLM deliverables for launches and changes.
• Coordinate Owner’s Acknowledgement forms and content updates with approved product positioning.
• Translate product strategy into customer- and advisor-facing content with cross-functional partners.
• Assess change impacts across communications, documents, and tools.
• Track launch readiness activities and approvals across stakeholders.
• Ensure final communications reflect approved language and disclosure standards.
