Job summary

Eurofins USA Agroscience Services in Columbia, MO seeks an Associate Scientist to support product chemistry studies across agrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. You will apply LC-UV, LC-MS/MS, GC-FID, GC-MS, ICP-MS and IC techniques with GLP guidelines, contributing to data collection and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in biology/chemistry and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant experience.
• GLP laboratory experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support product chemistry studies using validated analytical methods with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform calculations for analytical techniques and prepare stock/standard solutions.
• Operate instruments like LC-UV, LC-MS/MS, GC-FID, GC-MS, ICP-MS and IC.
• May serve as Study Director for method development or be principal analyst on studies.
