Job summary

Eurofins Agroscience Services in Columbia, MO, is seeking an Associate Scientist to support product chemistry studies under GLP. You will work with LC-UV, LC-MS/MS, GC-FID, GC-MS, ICP-MS, and IC, perform data collection and reporting, and potentially serve as Study Director on development projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry and at least 2 years in a related lab, with strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of directly relevant experience in analytical labs.
• Experience in a GLP environment is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Use analytical methods to support product chemistry studies with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and software as needed.
• Perform calculations for analytical techniques and standards.
• Operate LC-UV, LC-MS/MS, GC-FID, GC-MS, ICP-MS, and IC instrumentation.
• May serve as Study Director or Principal Analyst on projects.
• Adhere to GLP guidelines and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
