Job summary

Applied Materials in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced leader to own product change management. You will manage PCM, ECO approvals, and PCN implementations while ensuring BOM accuracy and cross-functional alignment across engineering and business units.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCM, PCN, ECO processes and configuration control.
• Ability to coordinate with Engineering and Business Units on field service impact of changes.
• Strong focus on BOM accuracy and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Owns PCM and control processes, including ECO approval and PCN implementation.
• Ensure accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs.
• Lead component roadmaps including obsolescence, replacements and cost reduction.
• Coordinate intercompany communications on product strategy, pricing, and spare parts.
• Manage changes to the product after release due to engineering, quality, or supply issues.
• Run weekly reports to track project data and escalate issues as needed.
