Job summary

OSRAM is seeking a Product Manager, Business Development for the Professional Series Off-Road Lighting to own the product line end-to-end—from strategy and roadmap through launch, commercialization, and P&L performance. You will blend product management rigor with business development to translate market insight into winning products and channel partnerships that scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in business, marketing, engineering or related field with 7+ years relevant experience.
Experience in product management and/or business development in automotive off-road or related industries.
Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue/margin growth track record.

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle and P&L for Professional Series lightbar and light pod portfolio.
Conduct market analysis across off-road, overland, powersports, and work-truck segments.
Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with product management and engineering across US, EU, China.
Cultivate relationships with channels, distributors, retailers, installers, jobbers, OE/upfit.
Lead commercial processes from prospecting to deal closure with proposals.
Support launches and campaigns with messaging and go-to-market materials.
Monitor performance metrics and refine strategy using Excel and BI tools.
Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across geographies.
