Job Description Summary

We are seeking a strategic, detail‑oriented Associate to support the innovation, development, and lifecycle management of our lash product portfolio across both domestic and international markets. This role will help drive category growth by assisting in market analysis, product planning, and cross‑functional execution, while actively supporting collaboration across global teams to deliver consumer‑relevant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Category Strategy & Planning – Support the development of lash category strategies aligned with global brand goals and regional market needs.
• Assist in identifying white‑space opportunities through market research and trend tracking.
• Product Development & Global Collaboration – Coordinate product development tasks including packaging updates, pricing inputs, and regional adaptation needs.
• Partner with domestic and international teams—including R&D, sourcing, packaging, and design—to ensure alignment on product specs, timelines, and market requirements.
• Support localization efforts for product claims, artwork, and regulatory needs across global markets.
• Retailer & Channel Strategy – Collaborate with sales and retail teams to support tailored assortments and promotional plans by market and channel.
• Assist in preparing sell‑in materials and product presentations for both domestic and international partners.
• Competitor & Market Analysis – Track competitive activity and beauty trends across global markets.
• Monitor regional consumer behavior and influencer impact to inform product strategy.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range is 19.25 – 36.55 USD hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time.
