Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the growth of KISS Products International through social media and brand marketing efforts across multiple markets. The role offers visibility into campaigns for the UK, DE, PL, CZ, SK, and more through distributor partnerships.

You will collaborate with a global marketing team and agencies to execute plans tailored for various countries, gaining hands-on experience in social media, packaging, and trade marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience or industry exposure in a related field.
• Brand Marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and designing social media graphics for KISS Products’ international social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Support filming and editing of engaging video content for international social channels.
• Monitor and manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages on KISS Products’ international social accounts.
• Create product sentiment reports for key marketing regions.
• Conduct social media research, including trend analysis and competitor insights to inform strategy.
• Research and identify potential brand partners for social giveaway collaborations.
• Assist in the creation and execution of product collaboration plans with partners and influencers.
• Manage updates and content maintenance for KISS International websites.
• Assist with the execution and creation of trade marketing assets for key retail partners.
• Support global packaging development initiatives by coordinating feedback and asset delivery.
• Vet and evaluate influencers and influencer-generated content for international marketing programs.

Job Description

The Marketing Associate will work closely with all members of the KISS International Marketing Team, collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external global agencies to execute marketing plans and tactics tailored for various countries.

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
