You will coordinate development tasks, partner with global teams, and help localize claims, artwork, and regulatory needs while supporting retailer and channel strategies.

0–2 years of experience, BA, and Korean language skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Language: Korean.

Responsibilities

• Support lash category strategies aligned with global brand goals and regional market needs.
• Identify white space opportunities through market research and trend tracking.
• Coordinate product development tasks including packaging updates, pricing inputs, and regional adaptation needs.
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams—R&D, sourcing, packaging, and design—to ensure alignment on product specs, timelines, and market requirements.
• Support localization efforts for product claims, artwork, and regulatory needs across global markets.
• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to support tailored assortments and promotional plans by market and channel.
• Monitor regional consumer behavior and influencer impact to inform product strategy.
