Job summary

Southwest Boulder & Stone is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals for our Fallbrook location. You will assist customers with product selection, help drive sales, and support yard operations in a fast-paced landscape materials environment.

Responsibilities include loading vehicles, tagging and weighing products, and coordinating with the yard foreman to keep the yard clean and organized. Forklift operation and safety are essential, with opportunities to learn about new product lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with product selection and sales.
• Comfort with operating forklifts and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and assist with product selection and sales.
• Load customer vehicles, ensuring accuracy of items.
• Coordinate yard upkeep with yard foreman and maintain product tagging and storage.
• Operate equipment safely and assist drivers as needed.
• Develop sales leads and participate in product training.
