Job Responsibilities

1. Develop a deep understanding of both the product code base through hands-on experimentation and exploration.
2. Assess and shepherd the technical delivery of products to ensure adherence with best practices.
3. Drive continual improvement of development processes.
4. Collaborate with the Product Management Team and other stakeholders, contributing to the product roadmap, requirements, and release schedule.
5. Identify gaps in the technical aspects of the end user experience.
6. Estimate software development requirements and effort, propose alternatives, and prioritize tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience building successful production software systems.
• Deep understanding of software development in a team, with a track record of shipping high-quality software on time.
• Ability to develop software architectures from raw product requirements.
• Mastery of programming languages and technologies such as MongoDB, React, Node.js.
• Experience with AWS and EKS (Kubernetes) is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, capable of managing work to meet critical project timelines.
• Desire to be challenged and succeed in a technical and business environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Xray and Xporter products is highly desirable.
