Job summary

Chubb is hiring to manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio and coordinate commercial area implementations. You will ensure launches, updates, and enhancements align with business and operations, while documenting processes and product specs.

You will work with commercial, operations, technology, and other teams to ensure timely delivery, identify issues, and propose improvements for ongoing product performance.

• Manage the Basic Book and Travel product portfolio.
• Coordinate the implementation of new sales campaigns, products, changes and updates requested by commercial teams.
• Track functional and operational requirements related to commercial implementations.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and product specifications.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, technology, and other relevant teams.
• Validate that implementations meet defined timelines, standards, and business objectives.
• Support the resolution of issues or adjustments arising from commercial operations.
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements when needed.
