On a typical day, you might review market and installed-fleet intelligence, discuss customer needs with regional commercial teams, and align Engineering, Operations, and Repair Development on portfolio priorities. • Own portfolio strategy and product roadmaps, setting investment and R&D priorities based on fleet requirements, customer feedback, financial performance, and long‑term opportunity.

  • Build business cases, pricing strategies, value propositions, and go‑to‑market plans for new products, services, technologies, and business models.

  • Prioritize and commercialize repair development, reverse engineering, upgrades, modernization, and digital solutions that address fleet and customer needs.

  • Develop strategic customer and industry relationships; evaluate partnerships, licensing, acquisitions, and investments that strengthen the IPS offering.

  • Align commercial, engineering, operations, supply chain, field service, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver new offerings and improve portfolio profitability, adoption, and customer retention.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, or technology commercialization in an industrial or energy‑services environment.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to develop growth strategies, business cases, pricing approaches, and investment priorities for a global portfolio.

  • Knowledge of aeroderivative gas turbine fleets, lifecycle services, repair development, and related customer requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence global, cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical solutions to customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Willing and able to travel up to 20%; Candidates must be able to travel internationally without restriction.
