Job summary

Replit is seeking a Data Scientist focused on product analytics to translate user behavior into strategic decisions. You will design experiments, own KPI analytics, and build predictive models to optimize activation, engagement, and monetization across self-serve and enterprise segments.

You will leverage SQL, Python, and modern data tools to drive growth while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. This is a full-time role based in Foster City, CA with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Stats/Math/Econ or equivalent real-world experience.
• 5+ years of data science with a product analytics, growth, or user behavior focus.
• Strong SQL and Python and experience with event-level user data and ETL workflows.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments with rigorous statistics and causal inference.
• Proficiency with AI tools in analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze product experiments to evaluate feature launches and onboarding changes.
• Own analytics for Growth, feature adoption, quality, AI agent effectiveness and surface actionable insights.
• Build analytical foundations for enterprise adoption, collaboration dynamics, and expansion signals.
• Develop predictive models to forecast impact of new features on user behavior and retention.
