Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking a Product Analyst to support workplace security and safety platforms for a global fintech client, with a focus on access control, surveillance, and safety infrastructure across multiple sites.

You will partner with engineering, security operations, and facilities, analyze logs and events, translate compliance needs into product capabilities, and drive upgrades to improve user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product-focused role.
• Experience with access control / physical security systems.
• Exposure to CCURE 9000 and Genetec or video surveillance platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with logs/data.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Multi-site or enterprise security system experience.
• Exposure to product development or user feedback cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support the roadmap for physical security and workplace safety systems.
• Analyze access logs, system data, and events to inform decisions.
• Translate business and compliance needs into product capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, security ops, and facilities teams.
• Evaluate and prioritize system upgrades (software + hardware).
• Improve user experience across access control and surveillance tools.
