What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, delivering high-impact analysis for AI- and ML-driven initiatives
- Lead complex business assessments to identify automation and analytics opportunities in healthcare billing
- Define, track, and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for major clients and operational initiatives
- Monitor performance against goals, identify risks, and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into analytics-ready solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of experience in product and business analysis, business consulting, or strategic analytics roles
- Proven success in driving analytics and technology-enabled change in healthcare
- Ability to translate business challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Data Science and Machine Learning teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing workflows, claim adjudication, and provider-payer dynamics
- Experience with BI tools or Python
- Comfortable with ambiguity and taking the initiative
