Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is hiring a Product Analyst to join the Product Management team in New York. You will define business requirements, create test scenarios, and document procedures for technology solutions while coordinating with clients and development teams.

The role includes training others, resolving issues, and guiding analysts as you lead priority initiatives across product areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial/brokerage with agile environment.
• Experience with Cash Management / Money Movement (Wires, Checks, ACH).
• Experience writing BRs/USE cases/User stories and UAT.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong training, communication and presentation skills.
• Data modeling, wireframes and prototyping knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interview users to identify business problems and software requirements.
• Collaborate with Broadridge employees and vendors to gather insights.
• Prioritize requirements and develop business-oriented software specs.
• Liaise with development teams and drive priorities for product areas.
• Document results for customers and the development team.
• Monitor SDLC progress from start to finish and resolve ambiguities.
• Unit test system changes and review outcomes with customers.
• Support production use and ongoing adoption of new applications.
