Job summary

Broadridge seeks a Product Analyst to join our Product Management team. You will define business requirements, develop test scenarios and document procedures for technology solutions, collaborating with clients and development teams to ensure successful software implementation and ongoing use.

You will interview users and stakeholders, translate needs into requirements, and lead product priorities. Strong communication, training skills, and familiarity with SDLC/Agile are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the financial/brokerage industry in an agile environment.
• Experience documenting business requirements, use cases and user stories.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams, vendors and internal partners.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Testing: creating test cases and test plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Training and onboarding capabilities.
• Experience with data modeling and wireframes/prototyping.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SQL beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to identify business problems and requirements for new software.
• Interview Broadridge employees and vendors to gather insights.
• Analyze conflicting requirements and develop business-oriented software requirements.
• Liaise with development teams and set priorities for product areas.
• Document results in customer-friendly and developer-friendly formats.
• Monitor SDLC progress from start to finish.
• Resolve oversights in original specifications.
• Unit test new system changes.
• Review finished product with customers to ensure requirements.
• Monitor production use and adoption of new software.
